A key feature of the SV-465J is its simplified trimming configuration. Unlike the SV-468J, the SV-465J does not include a separate rough trimming unit. 5. Fine Trimming

The SV-465J uses two fine-trimming units with R-shaped trimming cutters.

6. Two-Head Corner Rounding

The two-head corner rounding unit uses tracking motors to process the front and rear corners of suitable panels.

A four-head corner rounding configuration is available as an optional upgrade.

The scraping unit removes remaining fine edge material and excess glue residue, helping improve the transition between the edge band and panel.

8. Dual-Motor Buffing

Two 0.37 kW buffing motors provide final polishing of the edge banding surface and help improve the finished appearance.

9. Electric Lifting Pressing Beam

The electric lifting system allows the pressing beam to be adjusted according to the workpiece thickness, simplifying operation when processing different panel sizes.

2- layer structure

The independent double-layer EVA glue pot features fast heat dissipation and constant temperature control. It prevents glue aging and yellowing after long working hours. The glue pot can be lifted manually for quick cleaning and convenient tape replacement. PUR glue system is optional for waterproof and high-strength edge banding requirements.
