How do you pack woodworking machines for sea freight?

Every export order follows the same five-step packing process,PE film is standard packing,plywood case packing is available if you need it. And a loading report with photos is sent to you before the truck leaves our factory.

Will I receive photos of my container loading before shipment?

Yes. Before the container is sealed we send you a loading report with photos of your machines wrapped, fixed and loaded inside the container, together with the container number and seal number. You see exactly how your machines were shipped.

Do you ship FCL and LCL, and can different machines be mixed in one container?

Both are available. A full container load (FCL) can hold several machines at once — edge banding machines, panel saws and CNC routers are regularly loaded together. For smaller orders we arrange less than container load (LCL) shipping with plywood case. Our team optimizes the loading layout so container space is used efficiently.

What export documents do you provide?

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and the certificate of origin your customs broker needs. Additional documents, such as fumigation certificates,CE certificates for the machines are arranged on request.

What shipping terms do you accept — FOB, CIF or DDP?

FOB, CIF and DDP are all acceptable, and EXW or CFR can also be quoted. We can coordinate with your freight forwarder or help arrange shipping.Tell us your destination port and we will quote the most economical option.

Can I inspect my machine by video before it is packed?

Yes. If you cannot visit our factory in Foshan, we arrange a live video call from the workshop or record a full walk-around video while the machine is test-run — covering the machine body, control panel, running test and packing. You check every detail before it leaves our workshop.
