PUR Profile Wrapping Machine for Door Frames and Wood Profiles
The SAMDY PUR Profile Wrapping Machine is designed for continuous wrapping of decorative films and surface materials onto linear and irregular profiles. It uses PUR reactive hot melt adhesive to bond PVC, PET, CPL, paper, wood veneer and other decorative materials to wood, MDF, WPC, SPC, PVC and aluminum profiles,completing the full coating in one go, replacing the traditional painting process.
The machine is suitable for door frames, decorative moldings, baseboards, wall panel profiles, furniture components, window profiles and other linear profile products. Multiple silicone pressure rollers help the wrapping material follow different profile shapes, while the controlled PUR adhesive application system provides consistent bonding during continuous production.

It adopts PLC control to perform functions such as gluing on membrane materials, dust removal, heating, and film coating on plates. The movable covering rack can be flexibly changed.
• Automatic Adhesive Application: PLC-controlled precision ensures even application, eliminating adhesive buildup and bubbles.Uneven adhesive application can cause weak bonding, visible glue lines and excessive adhesive consumption.
The PUR adhesive application system provides controlled and consistent glue distribution, helping maintain a uniform adhesive layer along the profile surface and reducing glue waste.
• Irregular Shape Application: Multiple silicone rollers adapt to complex surfaces such as door frames, baseboards, and grilles, providing a tight, wrinkle-free fit.

The SAMDY PUR Profile Wrapping Machine is designed to address these common problems through controlled PUR adhesive application, continuous profile feeding, flexible pressure rollers and adjustable wrapping components.
• Integrated Pre-treatment: Optional dust removal, preheating, adhesion promoter application, and protective film installation devices enhance adhesion.
Hot melt adhesive melting system introduction: This machine melts solid hot melt adhesive and, through a pressurization device, delivers the molten adhesive to a coating device for coating the substrate. It is an integrated electrical mechanical device combining temperature heating control, pressurization, liquid delivery, and extrusion coating functions.
Features: The continuous adhesive supply melting system consists of three parts: the main unit, the hose, and a manual/automatic glue gun. It features temperature upper and lower limit alarms, adhesive level detection alarms, and inverter malfunction alarms. It is suitable for hot melt adhesives of various forms and shapes, with a viscosity range from 1,000 to 200,000 mPa·s. It can be operated manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically. The entire machine is divided into a power control system and an adhesive dispensing system. It can also be used for melting and coating PUR adhesives
