Description
It adopts PLC control to perform functions such as gluing on membrane materials, dust removal, heating, and film coating on plates. The movable covering rack can be flexibly changed.
• Automatic Adhesive Application: PLC-controlled precision ensures even application, eliminating adhesive buildup and bubbles, with adhesive layers as thin as 0.03mm.
• Irregular Shape Application: Multiple silicone rollers adapt to complex surfaces such as door frames, baseboards, and grilles, providing a tight, wrinkle-free fit.
• Continuous Production: Feeding speed of 10–50m/min supports uninterrupted processing of long lines.
• Integrated Pre-treatment: Optional dust removal, preheating, adhesion promoter application, and protective film installation devices enhance adhesion.
Hot melt adhesive melting system introduction: This machine melts solid hot melt adhesive and, through a pressurization device, delivers the molten adhesive to a coating device for coating the substrate. It is an integrated electrical mechanical device combining temperature heating control, pressurization, liquid delivery, and extrusion coating functions.
Features: The continuous adhesive supply melting system consists of three parts: the main unit, the hose, and a manual/automatic glue gun. It features temperature upper and lower limit alarms, adhesive level detection alarms, and inverter malfunction alarms. It is suitable for hot melt adhesives of various forms and shapes, with a viscosity range from 1,000 to 200,000 N·m. It can be operated manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically. The entire machine is divided into a power control system and an adhesive dispensing system. It can also be used for melting and coating PUR adhesives
