The SAMDY Automatic Flat Lamination Production Line is a complete panel laminating system designed for high-volume production of decorative furniture panels, doors, wall panels, and other flat board products. The system can laminate decorative materials such as PVC film, PET film, HPL, wood veneer, melamine paper, and aluminum sheet onto substrates including MDF, particleboard, OSB, WPC, gypsum board, MGO board, and multilayer solid wood panels.

This Automatic Flat Lamination Production Line consists of a gantry loader, centering conveyor, dust removal conveyor, PUR adhesive applicator, melt adhesive machine, automatic single-sheet feeding conveyor, laminating machine, conveyor with panel turn over function, centering conveyor, and gantry unloader.
