1. Panel Separation
The feeding section separates workpieces before they enter the edge banding process, supporting continuous panel feeding.
2. Double-Motor Pre-Milling
Two pre-milling motors prepare the panel edge before gluing by removing uneven cutting marks and creating a more consistent edge surface.
3. Gluing
The gluing unit applies hot melt adhesive to the panel edge before the edge banding material is pressed onto the workpiece.
4. End Cutting
The end-cutting unit cuts the edge banding material at the front and rear ends of the workpiece.
5. Pneumatic Fine Trimming
Two pneumatic fine-trimming units are used to remove excess edge banding material from the upper and lower edges of the processed panel.
The pneumatic adjustment system allows commonly used trimming positions to be preset through the touch screen.
6. Two-Head Corner Rounding
The corner-rounding unit uses two tracking motors to process compatible rounded panel corners.
