Automatic edge banding machine is to apply a strip of edge banding material (such as PVC, ABS, wood veneer, or melamine) to the exposed edges of panel materials like particleboard, MDF, or plywood. Model 468JP is with premilling function ,double pneumatic trimming and pneumatic double scraping, corner rounding to give you a good corner profile.

Pneumatic adjusting fine trimming and Pneumatic scraping are equipped on automatic edge banding machine SV468JP,provide adjusting worry-free and save operation time.It can pre-set 4 thicknesses on touch screen,one key touch switch,easy operation.Traditional fine trimming and scraping need to adjusting handle wheel when you need to change different thick pvc tape,and some operators not very skilled at adjusting,it will spend much time.But this machine has preset 4 thickness,0.4mm,0.8mm,1.2mm,2mm ,switch each size at one second,save much time.And the cost is very reasonable ,it is cheaper much than servo adjusting,save cost for you also.
