1. Pre-Milling

The pre-milling unit removes minor saw marks and unevenness from the panel edge before gluing, creating a smoother surface for stronger edge band adhesion.

2. Gluing

The EVA hot-melt gluing unit applies adhesive evenly to the panel edge before the edge band is pressed into position.

3. End Trimming

The end trimming unit automatically removes excess edge band material from the front and rear of the panel.

4. Fine Trimming

The fine trimming unit removes excess material from the top and bottom edges to achieve a cleaner finished surface.

5. Corner Rounding

The two-head corner rounding system follows the panel edge to process rounded corners and create a smoother edge profile.

6. Scraping

The scraping unit removes fine trimming marks and improves the appearance of the finished edge.

7. Cleaning and Buffing

The cleaning and buffing units remove residual material and improve the final appearance of the edge.
