The SV-465P is designed for processing MDF, particle board, plywood and other wood-based panels with PVC, ABS, melamine and wood veneer edge banding materials.
Its main advantage is the pneumatic fine trimming system with preset thickness settings. Instead of manually adjusting the trimming cutter every time the edge tape thickness changes, the operator can select the preset setting from the touch screen. This simplifies operation and helps reduce setup time during daily furniture production.
The machine also supports narrow panels down to 40 mm in width, making it suitable for cabinet components, narrow furniture panels and other small-width workpieces.

Pneumatic Fine Trimming with Preset Adjustment
The SV-465P uses a pneumatic fine trimming system for trimming excess edge banding material from the upper and lower edges of the panel.
Four preset thickness settings are available for quick adjustment. The standard settings are 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.3 mm and 1.5 mm, and other settings can be configured according to production requirements.
This design reduces the need for repeated manual cutter adjustment when changing edge tape thickness.
Automatic Corner Rounding
The SV-465P is equipped with a two-head corner rounding system driven by two 0.37 kW motors.
The corner rounding unit automatically processes panel corners after edge banding, helping produce a consistent rounded corner profile for cabinet doors, wardrobe panels and other furniture components.
Narrow Panel Processing
The machine is equipped with a narrow-panel auxiliary feeding device.
