1. Double Gluing and Pressing
The machine applies hot-melt adhesive to the panel edge and uses multiple pressing rollers to firmly bond the edge banding material to the panel.
2. End Cutting
The automatic end cutting unit cuts the front and rear excess edge banding material for a clean and accurate panel edge.
3. Double Pneumatic Fine Trimming
The pneumatic fine trimming units remove excess edge material from the top and bottom of the panel. The pneumatic adjustment makes thickness changes faster and easier for operators.
4. Corner Rounding
The tracking corner rounding unit automatically processes rounded panel corners and provides a smooth transition between the front, side and rear edges.
5. Double Edge Scraping And Flat Scraping
The scraping units remove remaining fine marks after trimming and improve the smoothness of the finished edge.
6. Spray Cleaning and Buffing
The cleaning and buffing units remove residual material and polish the edge surface to achieve a cleaner and more attractive finish.

Full Automatic edge bander SV-468PL is pneumatic adjusting type automatic edge banding machine model, compared with standard edge banding machine SV-468 , it has two more functions,one more top type gluing tank and pneumatic adjustment for fine trimming and scraping.
Two gluing tanks can achieve quickly changing glue without 30 minutes heating time,pneumatic fine trimming and pneumatic scraping can change different thick PVC tape quickly without cutting adjusting.
The SV-468PL automatic edge bander is designed for panel furniture manufacturers with high production requirements. Compared with the standard SV-468 edge banding machine, the SV-468PL features two additional functions: a second top-mounted gluing tank and pneumatic adjustment for fine trimming and scraping.
The dual gluing tanks allow operators to switch between different types of hot-melt glue more efficiently, reducing the need to wait for approximately 30 minutes for the glue to heat up. The pneumatic fine trimming and scraping systems also make it easier to process different thicknesses of PVC edge banding without manually adjusting the cutting tools.
These features make the SV-468PL particularly suitable for high-output panel furniture production, where quick material changes, reduced setup time and consistent edge finishing are important.
