The SV-365J China automatic edge banding machine is a compact and cost-effective solution for straight edge banding of MDF, particleboard, plywood and other compatible wood-based panels.

Designed for small and medium-sized furniture manufacturers, the SV-365J integrates electric-lifting pre-milling, gluing, pressing, end cutting, fine trimming, scraping, spray cleaning and dual buffing into one automatic edge banding process.

The machine has a compact footprint of 4500 × 1000 × 1600 mm, making it suitable for furniture workshops that need automatic edge banding while keeping workshop space requirements under control.

The SV-365J supports workpieces with a thickness of 10–60 mm and edge banding materials from 0.3–3 mm. Compatible edge materials include PVC, ABS, melamine and wood veneer, subject to the selected adhesive and machine configuration.

The standard machine uses an EVA hot melt gluing system. PUR gluing and pneumatic adjustable cutter tooling are available as optional configurations.

1. Electric-Lifting Pre-Milling

The pre-milling unit prepares the panel edge before gluing. The electric-lifting structure allows the pre-milling system to be adjusted according to the processing requirement.

2. EVA Hot Melt Gluing

The standard configuration uses an EVA hot melt adhesive system to bond compatible edge banding materials to the panel edge.

3. Pressing

The pressing section uses multiple rollers to apply pressure after gluing and help maintain contact between the edge banding material and panel edge.

4. End Cutting

The end-cutting unit cuts the edge banding material at the front and rear ends of the workpiece.

5. Fine Trimming

The fine-trimming unit removes excess edge material and produces the required upper and lower edge profile.

6. Flat Scraping

The scraping unit removes remaining glue lines and trimming marks from the finished edge.

7. Spray Cleaning

The cleaning section is used after the scraping process to help clean the processed edge.

8. Dual Buffing

Two buffing motors provide the final polishing and finishing process for compatible edge banding materials.

Unlike higher-configuration edge banding machines such as the SV-668J, the SV-365J does not include a corner-rounding tracking module. Its focus is straight edge banding with a compact machine structure and practical configuration.
