Automatic bevel edge banding machine MFB-365X is designed for panel furniture manufacturers that need an economical solution for processing beveled and mitered panel edges.
The machine is designed to apply edge banding tape to 45-degree beveled edges after the panel has been cut at the required angle. It integrates 45-degree cutting, tape grooving, straight gluing, bevel gluing, pressing, trimming, end cutting, scraping and buffing into one continuous edge-banding process.
With a 13 m/min working speed, the MFB-365X is suitable for regular furniture panel production where a dedicated 45-degree edge banding process is required. The machine can process workpieces with a length of ≥150 mm, width of ≥150 mm and thickness of 18–25 mm, using 0.8–1 mm edge banding tape.
A dual glue-pot configuration is used for straight gluing and bevel gluing, allowing the machine to handle the corresponding adhesive application processes for different edge positions.
