Foshan automatic edge bander machine SV-465J is with premilling function and corner rounding function,to remove the broken cutting edge to ensure more perfect edge banding and trim corner round.It is to apply a strip of edge banding material (such as PVC, ABS, wood veneer, or melamine) to the exposed edges of panel materials like particleboard, MDF, or plywood.

If you budget is very low and PVC tape thickness is not over 1mm,we alos have suitable model for your,it is edge banding machine SV-365J. It is without corner rounding,but has premilling function.

Gluing
2- layer structure
The independent double-layer EVA glue pot features fast heat dissipation and constant temperature control. It prevents glue aging and yellowing after long working hours. The glue pot can be lifted manually for quick cleaning and convenient tape replacement. PUR glue system is optional for waterproof and high-strength edge banding requirements.

Fine Trimming
"R" cutter fine trimming
The fine trimming function uses an R trimming knife to trim the edge of the board. Fine trimming will also leave a margin for the subsequent scraping function. The two sets of fine trimming are convenient for free switching according to different thicknesses of workpieces.
