The SV-968-PUR-2 is an automatic PUR edge banding machine specially designed for aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum furniture panels and other lightweight composite panels.
Unlike conventional edge banding machines developed mainly for wood-based panels, the SV-968-PUR uses a dedicated pressing structure and flexible pressing belt to accommodate the characteristics of aluminum honeycomb panels. The machine combines diamond pre-milling, PUR gluing, hot-air preheating, pressing, rough trimming, fine trimming, end trimming, four-head corner rounding, scraping, cleaning and buffing in one automated production process.
