The system fully automates the entire process—Loading, gluing, laminating, pressing, drying, edge trimming, panel turn over, and stacking—transforming raw substrates into finished decorative panels. This Automatic Flat Lamination Production Line consists of a gantry loader, centering conveyor, dust removal conveyor, PUR adhesive applicator, melt adhesive machine, automatic single-sheet feeding conveyor, laminating machine, conveyor, conveyor, conveyor with panel turn over function, centering conveyor, and gantry unloader.
