Belt Conveyor Return Line is a core connecting device in modern automated production lines for panel furniture. It is primarily used in conjunction with the edge banding machine to form a closed-loop conveyor system.
After the first edge banding operation is completed, the rotary line automatically transports the workpiece back to the starting point, allowing the next edge banding process to proceed without manual intervention. It serves as the infrastructure for achieving “one person operating one machine” or automated production lines.

1. Automatic Return Conveying
The equipment uses a precision belt drive system to smoothly transport the edge-banded boards to the starting point of the production line. Its design ensures that the boards do not fall or shift during rotation, resulting in smooth operation and significantly improving workflow.
2. Seamless Loading and Unloading
The rotary line typically consists of an infeed conveyor platform, an outfeed belt conveyor, a lifting and translating mechanism, and guiding devices. It precisely aligns with the inlet and outlet of the edge-banding machine, ensuring a smooth transition of the boards from the machine to the line and preventing jamming.
3. Stepless Speed Regulation and Compatibility
Utilizing variable frequency speed control technology, the line speed can be steplessly adjusted between 10-35 m/min according to the production cycle. Simultaneously, the equipment is compatible with boards ranging from 100mm x 100mm in size to 2800mm in length, with thicknesses covering 10mm to 60mm, accommodating various board specifications.
