Description
1.Acrylic cutting machine adopts a high-precision servo feeding system and intuitive touch screen control panel. With stable servo transmission and a solid integrated machine frame, it maintains low vibration during cutting, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and consistent finished product size for acrylic, PVC, PS and PC plastic sheets.
2.Equipped with circulating liquid cooling system, the machine continuously lubricates saw blade during cutting. After cutting finished, blade automatically retracts, effectively avoiding edge scorch, yellowing and burrs on acrylic cross-section, delivering smooth cutting surface with no need for secondary polishing.
3.The machine features flexible manual & automatic dual working modes. Manual mode is available for new product sampling and sporadic small orders; auto mode works for long-time continuous mass production, reducing raw material loss and realizing cost-saving high-efficiency processing.
