Description
90 degree turner machine main functions:
- Automatic steering conveyor: receives sheet materials from upstream equipment such as edge banding machines and cutting machines, and automatically rotates the sheet materials 90 degrees during the conveying process through a conical drum or special steering mechanism before sending them out.
- Connection process: mainly connects the double end edge banding machine with the drilling production line, or the rotary line used for the edge banding machine, to ensure that the board can automatically complete the edge banding processing on all four sides.
- Alignment and regularity: During the turning process, photoelectric and baffle positioning systems are usually equipped to align the edges of the board and ensure positional accuracy when entering the next process.
Use Scenarios
- Batch production of panel furniture: It is widely used in custom furniture or office furniture factories to connect double end edge banding machines. After the long edge of the board is sealed, it is automatically rotated 90 degrees by the turning machine, and then enters the next edge sealing machine or rotary line for short edge sealing, achieving fully automatic processing of all four sides.
- Docking with the drilling center: As a bridge connecting the edge banding machine and the drilling production line, the edge banding board is turned in the desired direction and accurately fed into the drilling machine for drilling processing.
- Automated sorting and conveyor line: used in large automated silos or sorting systems to change the direction of sheet material transportation, allowing it to enter different processing or sorting channels.
