CNC servo auto feeding, fixed-length feeding without manual pushing

Description

Automatic feeding cutting machine accurately cuts aluminum, copper, pipe and radiator blanks to fixed lengths. With CNC servo feeding and hydraulic clamping, it works cyclically; saved parameters allow fast model change, ideal for bulk production of aluminum, hardware and PV parts.

1.The automatic feeding cutting machine adopts high-precision CNC servo feeding system and touch screen control panel. With stable servo transmission structure, it realizes accurate fixed-length feeding, keeping steady running and small feeding error during aluminum & copper cutting, effectively securing high dimensional precision and uniform finished products.

2.Equipped with hydraulic saw blade feeding design and high-hardness carbide saw blade, the saw head retracts automatically via hydraulic circuit right after finishing one cut. This effectively eliminates burrs and tool scratches on cutting cross-section, thereby enhancing surface smoothness of processed aluminum workpieces without secondary polishing.

3.Equipped with a 3 kW cutting motor, a hydraulic saw blade feed mechanism, and a high-hardness alloy saw blade, the saw head automatically retracts via a hydraulic circuit upon the completion of a single cut. This effectively eliminates burrs and tool marks, resulting in a smooth, flat workpiece surface that requires no secondary grinding or finishing.
