Panel Turn Over Machine Working Principle
1. The upstream roller conveyor feeds the panel into the internal roller conveyor of the rotating unit, where a pneumatic cylinder clamps and secures it. The entire unit rotates 180°, swapping the positions of the upper and lower conveyors; once released, the panel exits along the original straight-line path to the next processing stage.
2. It simultaneously handles panel centering, anti-drift alignment, and smooth acceleration/deceleration. It integrates seamlessly with processes such as double-sided sanding, double-sided edge banding, drilling and grooving (on both top and bottom surfaces), and lamination, fitting perfectly into a continuous, automated production line.
3. Designed solely for flipping, the panel maintains a horizontal orientation throughout the process, eliminating risks of tilting, slipping, or misalignment.

(I) Whole-house custom panel furniture
1. Standard configuration for double-sided sanding lines: While a single sanding machine requires two passes (one for each side), a rotary flipper placed directly between two sanders enables continuous, uninterrupted operation; this model is the standard choice for sanding lines processing wooden doors, large cabinet panels, and door panels.
2. Process integration: Cutting → Flipping for double-sided drilling and grooving → Double-sided edge banding → Double-sided lamination/veneer wrapping → Double-sided quality inspection.
3. Compatible materials: Particleboard, OSB, plywood, MDF, solid wood door panels, WPC doors, HPL fire-resistant boards, and PET high-gloss door panels.

Cycle time is 5–15 seconds per flip (up to 5 panels/minute), matching the speed of double-head or double-sided wide-belt sanders without creating a production line bottleneck.

Roller spacing and clamping stroke are electrically adjustable, allowing for one-touch switching between standard panel sizes (600–2400mm). It stably conveys and flips thin boards, thick boards, and even stacked small panels.

Standard features include infrared sensors, safety light curtains, power-loss self-locking, and mechanical limit stops. Uses a pure mechanical and servo-driven system—eliminating complex vacuum piping—to ensure a low failure rate; routine maintenance requires only periodic lubrication of roller bearings.
