Description
Pneumatic Cross Cutting Off Machine workflow has been basically automated, and its main functions are as follows:
- Automatic clamping: After placing the wood, press the foot valve, and the cylinder will drive the material rack (pressure beam) to automatically press down, firmly fixing the wood on the workbench without manual support.
- Automatic feed cutting: During clamping or later, the cylinder will drive the saw blade assembly (lifting or translating) to complete the cutting action.
- Auxiliary function: usually equipped with an extended roller frame with a ruler, convenient for pushing long materials; Some models come with vacuum ports that can be connected to dust removal equipment
