Description
- Automatic milling forming: By using a high-speed rotating tenon cutter, the dovetail tenon head and mortise groove of the ladder platform are automatically milled according to the programmed path. The spindle speed is usually between 17000 and 24000 revolutions per minute, ensuring the smoothness of the cutting surface.
·Intelligent control and adjustment: using a CNC operating system, it can be operated with one click, making it convenient to input and modify parameters such as tenon size, spacing, angle, etc. The processing time can be adjusted according to the hardness of the wood, and a single workpiece usually only takes 8 to 35 seconds.
·Multiple tenon processing: not limited to dovetail tenons, it can also process various tenon and mortise structures such as straight tenons, triangular tenons, and round tenons through programming or tool replacement, flexibly adapting to different design requirements.
