It primarily solves the problem of automated handling and feeding of engineered wood products (such as particleboard, MDF, and plywood) during the panel sawing process.
Through the coordinated operation of the gripping system and a high-precision mechanical beam, the equipment can automatically and smoothly grip stacks of panels weighing hundreds of kilograms one by one from the platform, precisely position them, and push them into the conveyor track of the computerized saw. The entire process requires no manual intervention, achieving a seamless connection from “destacking” to “feeding,” making it the first step in the intelligent production line for panel furniture.

Description
Automatic loader is an automated sheet metal conveying device, typically equipped with a mechanical gripper and a mechanical beam. It automatically grabs, lifts, and precisely pushes stacked sheets one by one into the feed inlet of an electronic panel saw (computerized saw). It replaces the manual lifting and pushing of sheets, enabling continuous and efficient feeding operations, effectively reducing labor intensity, preventing sheet metal scratches, and improving overall cutting efficiency. The gripper is more stable and has a greater load-bearing capacity than a vacuum gripper.
